Pressure Transducer
The PDCR 800 pressure transducers used in the GWK have been specifically designed for depth measurement in small bore holes, reservoirs, the sea and many other applications.
The high performance pressure sensor is made of a high integrity silicon diaphragm and a titanium module which are compatible with fluids and gases. Together with the integrated pcb assembly and advanced compensation techniques the sensor gives excellent performance over extended temperature ranges. The titanium body and pressure fittings are electron beam welded, and a polyurethane sheathed cable is moulded to the body to complete the waterproof rugged assembly.
Furthermore, FZK owns a set of DMK 331 pressure sensors from BD Sensors.
